Brahmari - Bee Humming Breath

Once upon a time, in a cozy forest, there was a little bee named Bella. Bella loved to fly around and explore different flowers, but one thing she loved most of all was humming! Bella would hum while she flew, while she visited the flowers, and even while she was making honey.

One day, Bella’s friend Ollie the Owl was feeling a bit grumpy. “Bella,” he said, “why are you always humming?”

Bella smiled and said, “Because humming makes me feel happy, Ollie! Would you like to try it with me?”

Ollie wasn’t so sure, but he gave it a try. “Hmmmmm,” he hummed softly. As he hummed, something magical happened! His feathers felt light, his mind felt calm, and a warm, cozy feeling spread through him.

“Wow!” Ollie hooted. “Humming feels so nice! It makes me feel calm and happy, just like you said!”

Just then, their friend Sammy the Squirrel came by, looking a bit worried. “I lost my acorns!” Sammy squeaked. “I don’t know where they are, and now I feel so nervous!”

Bella patted Sammy’s paw and said, “Try humming with us, Sammy. It helps you feel calm.”

Sammy took a deep breath and started to hum. “Hmmmmm,” he hummed, and soon, his little heart felt calm and strong. “I feel so much better! Thank you, Bella!” Sammy said, smiling.

From then on, all the forest friends would hum together whenever they felt nervous, grumpy, or just wanted to feel happy. And every time they hummed, they felt warm and cozy, like a big, gentle hug.

And that’s how Bella taught her friends that humming is a special, happy sound that makes you feel calm, strong, and full of joy.

Would you like to give it a try?
